All service orders require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and are subject to final acceptance by Giga-tronics. The RMA number allows you to track your instrument and check status fir easily. To obtain your RMA number, please download the Giga-tronics RMA Request Form and send it back to support@gigatronics.com. This is the preferred method of obtaining support from Giga-tronics.
All Giga-tronics branded power measurement products (power meters and sensors) or Giga-tronics branded power amplifiers are now supported by Liberty Test. To obtain service for these products, you must first contact sales@libertytest.com. and request an RMA number from them using their form. You cannot use the Giga-tronics RMA Request Form.
All ASCOR branded Switching products are now supported by Astronics Test Solutions. To obtain service for these products, you must first contact atsinfo@astronics.com and request an RMA number from them using their form. You cannot use the Giga-tronics RMA Request Form.
