Custom Synthesized Assembly. Integrated front end and synthesizer with large scale MIC integration operating over a wide bandwidth.

  • 1 to 20 GHz output from 2 to 10 GHz
  • Input pulse modulation – 10 nsec Rise/Fall, 10 nsec width, 80 dB “On to Off” ration
  • Pre-scalar outputs for use in PLL
