Marcus Charuvastra is a business executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, including over 15 years in the microcap public company environment. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ballista Group, where he leads corporate strategy, revenue growth, and operational execution across the company and its portfolio. Mr. Charuvastra brings deep expertise in sales leadership, customer onboarding, and multichannel marketing, with a proven ability to build and scale commercial organizations in regulated and emerging markets. He concurrently serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer of TurnOnGreen, and previously spent more than a decade in senior operating roles at a microcap biotech company, where he helped take the company public and establish a multi-million-dollar distribution network. He is known for assembling high-performing teams and driving disciplined growth in resource-constrained environments.
