Mr. Gintz has held executive and board-level roles including CEO, CTO, CAIO, President, and Board Director across startups and public companies (NYSE, Nasdaq, and OTC), and is frequently deployed in complex, high-stakes environments to lead M&A integration, platform modernization, operational turnarounds, and new revenue initiatives.
