Yasmine Misuraca

Yasmine Misuraca brings over 25 years of executive-level experience in accounting, financial reporting, government compliance, and advisory services to the executive team. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Misuraca served as Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE: GPUS). She has also held partnership and other senior leadership roles in public accounting and advisory services, where she led critical initiatives in accounting research and internal controls, oversaw the implementation of complex accounting standards, and provided expert witness services on GAAP and forensic accounting matters in regulatory and enforcement contexts, including matters involving the SEC.
